• Learning Purpose
• Number of students benefited
• Personal background of students
• Family background of students
• Financial need
• Budget

Each case would be handled with discretion and flexibility depending on the emergency situation. The following factors would be considered:

• Emergency situation / Reason of application
• Seriousness of the matter
• Family background
• Financial need
• Duration of support
• Urgency

The Foundation would sponsor a lump sum of annual budget (currently $18,000 book coupons) to each beneficiary school for encouraging student to strive for success in all aspects of learning including academics, arts, sports and good behavior, etc.
