Selection Criteria
Each case would be handled with discretion and flexibility depending on the situation. The following factors would be considered:
- Reason of application
- Learning Purpose
- Number of students benefited
- Personal background of students
- Family background of students
- Financial need
- Budget
Application Procedure
The general application procedure is set out herein as reference:
- A proposal prepared by school/ students for explaining the programme including number of students benefited and budget
- Discussion and Approval in BPSF Monthly Board Meeting
- Formal notification to applicants
