The Foundation would sponsor a lump sum of annual budget (currently $18,000 book coupons) to each beneficiary school for encouraging student to strive for success in all aspects of learning including academics, arts, sports and good behavior, etc.
The beneficiary school is open to make proposal within the allocated budget annually. The Board of the Foundation would approve the proposal in their monthly meeting.
